• Development of innovative clean energy technologies and system solutions that accelerate the EU energy transition.

• Strengthened transnational innovation ecosystems and reduction of research fragmentation.

• Demonstrated multi-vector energy system interactions, enhanced flexibility, and integration of renewables, CCUS, green hydrogen, heating/cooling solutions and smart built-environment applications.

• Advancement of technologies to at least TRL 4–6, ready for larger-scale demonstration or early commercial uptake.

• Generation of strategic knowledge, best practices and roadmaps to guide policy and industry towards a sustainable, resilient energy future.

• Consortium composition: minimum three independent legal entities (one Coordinator + two Beneficiary Partners) from at least three different participating countries, of which at least two must be EU Member States or Horizon Europe Associated Countries.

• Funding eligibility: Partners must be eligible under their national/regional funding organisations; ANR will fund only French teams following national rules and the ANR appendix.

• Call Modules: Projects must fall within one of the seven ANR-supported modules, respecting the thematic and TRL eligibility (e.g., TRL 4–6 for CM2025-06, green hydrogen only for CM2025-05).

• Submission process: Two-stage procedure via the CETPartnership Application Portal (pre-proposal by 09/10/2025; full proposal by 12/03/2026 for invited participants).
