What is the Access to healthcare Call?

Grant Description
The call supports transnational projects on asylum, migration and integration in the field of health, aiming to improve access to health services, promote migrants' health and well-being, and foster cooperation across EU Member States.
Required Results for Successful Funding

Expected Outcomes

- Strengthened transnational cooperation and coordination on asylum, migration and integration policies among Member States and stakeholders.
• Development and scaling of innovative practices, tools and digital solutions in each thematic area.
• Improved access to health, education, training and information services for asylum seekers, refugees and migrants, with a focus on women and children.
• Enhanced capacity of public authorities, NGOs and service providers to design and implement integration pathways and protection measures.
• Generation of robust evidence, comparative analyses and policy recommendations to inform future EU-level legislation and funding programmes.
• Creation of sustainable networks and communities of practice to facilitate ongoing exchange of lessons learned across Europe.
Funded areas

Scope Requirements

1. Admissibility conditions:
• Proposals must respect the page limits and layout requirements set out in Section 5 of the call document and Part B of the application form.
2. Eligible countries:
• Applicants and partners must be legal entities established in one of the eligible EU Member States or associated countries listed in Section 6 of the call document.
3. Consortium composition (as applicable per topic):
• Transnational projects: minimum of three independent legal entities from three different eligible countries.
4. Financial and operational capacity:
• Each applicant must demonstrate sufficient financial resources and operational capacity (see Section 7 of the call document).
5. Exclusion and compliance:
• No ongoing exclusion procedures; compliance with integrity and conflict-of-interest rules.
6. Submission and evaluation:
• Single-stage submission via the Funding & Tenders Portal by 16 September 2025 at 17:00 Brussels time.
• Evaluation follows Sections 8 and 9 of the call document (award criteria, scoring, thresholds) and the Portal Online Manual.
7. Legal and financial set-up:
• Grants to be awarded under the AMIF Action Grant Budget-Based model and governed by the AMIF Model Grant Agreement (Section 10 of the call document).

- Use only the templates and forms provided (Standard Application Form for AMIF / ISF / BMVI) and the AMIF Model Grant Agreement; submission type (AMIF-PJG or AMIF-AG) cannot be changed once selected.
• Proposals must strictly adhere to the page limits, font size and layout specifications.
• Q&A will not be conducted live; questions must be sent in writing to HOME-AMIF-UNION-ACTIONS@ec.europa.eu.
• General interest Q&As will be published in the Portal’s Topics Q&A section.
• All applicants must comply with the Funding & Tenders Portal Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement.
• No partner search announcements are managed centrally; consortia must self-organize.
• Recording of the information session will be available 24 hours after the event; no interaction during the session.
