Scope Requirements
• Activities must demonstrate a significant, measurable contribution to promoting physical activity across one or more of the following settings: education and training establishments; non-formal learning environments; workplaces; local communities.
• Initiatives should inspire and create opportunities for people of all ages to integrate movement into everyday life.
• Single-stage submission via the Funding & Tenders Portal using the updated Part B application template (available after 17 June 2025).
• Proposals must respect the page limits and layout rules described in section 5 of the Call document and Part B of the application form.
• Submission deadline: 24 September 2025, 17:00 Brussels time.
Special Conditions
• Eligibility: organisations from countries listed in section 6; other eligibility conditions per section 6.
• Financial & operational capacity and exclusion criteria as per sections 6 and 7.
• Evaluation procedures: submission and evaluation processes (section 8); award criteria, scoring and thresholds (section 9); indicative timeline (publication 4 June 2025; evaluation Oct 2025–Mar 2026; information to applicants March 2026).
• Legal and financial set-up governed by section 10 and the Model Grant Agreement.
• Single-stage model; choose the correct type of submission (ERASMUS-PRIZE [ERASMUS-Pr]) in the Portal; EUR 25 000 prize per category.
• Technical update: previous application form issue resolved—use the new template.
