Scope Requirements
2. Activity nature: must be delivered through volunteer work and fall under one of the five award categories (Volunteering, Physical Activity, Generations, Inclusion, Peace).
3. Impact: clear evidence of outstanding contribution to sports, fostering community engagement, social inclusion, intergenerational solidarity or peace through volunteer efforts.
4. Innovation and sustainability: activities should present innovative approaches and the potential for long-term positive change in the sports sector.
5. Compliance: proposals must comply with admissibility conditions (page limits and layout per section 5 and Part B of the application form), respect the single-stage submission model, and be submitted by 24 September 2025, 17:00 Brussels time.
Special Conditions
2. Eligibility: only applicants from countries listed in section 6; other specific conditions (e.g. type of legal entity) as per section 6.
3. Financial & operational capacity: applicants must satisfy criteria in sections 6 and 7; exclusion grounds apply (section 7).
4. Submission and evaluation: single-stage via the Funding & Tenders Portal (section 8); cannot change grant model after confirmation.
5. Award criteria and scoring: detailed in section 9 (relevance, impact, quality, budget efficiency); minimum thresholds apply.
6. Timeline: call published 4 June 2025; submission deadline 24 September 2025 (17:00 Brussels time); evaluation October 2025–March 2026; applicants informed March 2026.
7. Budget and grants: one prize of EUR 25 000 per category (Gen erations, Inclusion, Peace, Physical Activity, Volunteering); indicative number of grants = 1 per category.
