Scope Requirements
• Consolidated headcount under 250 employees

• Registered and operational in France
• Currently engaged in R&D and innovation activities, with innovation driving their growth strategy
• Targeting submission to a collaborative R&D&I call with an international or European scope (primarily Horizon Europe and Eurostars, but other Eureka-network opportunities may be considered)

Special Conditions
• €25 000 HT maximum per lead applicant (chef de file)
• €5 000 HT maximum per consortium partner
• The service cost itself is fixed ex ante and funded on a first-come, first-served (“au fil de l’eau”) basis
• SMEs must liaise with their dedicated Bpifrance innovation advisor to confirm final eligibility, validate target calls, and complete all administrative formalities prior to service commencement
