Support startups in their transformation into scale-ups through a customized consulting service that diagnoses business fundamentals and defines growth strategies

Clear identification of key performance factors; a structured growth strategy; defined strategic growth axes; a roadmap of value-creating solutions; and connections to relevant funding sources, financiers and networks to facilitate transformation from startup to scale-up.

Scope Requirements

Eligible applicants are startups from any sector with demonstrated growth potential and annual turnover below €10 million. Support is provided by a specialized consultant, comprises a minimum of two phases, and must be delivered over a maximum of 5 days within a 4-month period.
Additional Conditions for Applicants

Special Conditions

Maximum eligible consulting fee of €5,000 excluding VAT, of which Bpifrance will cover 50%. The beneficiary’s annual turnover must not exceed €10 million. The service must be performed by an approved expert consultant within the stipulated 5 days and 4 months timeframe.
