Scope Requirements
• Target group: Very small, small, medium and large industrial companies.
• Geographic scope: Projects must be implemented in the Centrinė (Central) and Vakarų (Western) Lietuvos regionas.
• Project objectives: Enhance energy efficiency in industrial processes and reduce CO₂e emissions.
• Maximum grant per project: €1,200,000; total call budget: €2,716,070 (100% European Regional Development Fund).
• Funding form: Non-repayable grant awarded by open competition.
• Application window: 2027-03-31 14:00 to 2027-08-31 17:00, via the 2021–2027 DMS platform (https://dms.investis.lt).
• Required documentation: Full project implementation plan with all mandatory annexes.
• Compliance: Projects must adhere to applicable EU and national legal acts, horizontal principles (sustainable development, equal opportunities), and the overarching priority “Greener Lithuania.”
Special Conditions
• Applicants must secure any required co-financing; detailed own-contribution and eligible cost requirements will be published before the deadline.
• All activities must align with the specific task of promoting a climate-neutral economy by reducing energy consumption and GHG emissions in industry.
• Monitoring and reporting obligations include submission of energy consumption and emissions data against defined indicators.
• Projects are subject to the rules and eligibility criteria set out under measure 05-001-01-04-02-03-02 and any special legal provisions to be provided in the call documentation.
• Proposals must comply with horizontal principles, data protection, and procurement regulations.
