What is the FISO2 Call?
Expected Outcomes

Scope Requirements
• Eligible legal forms include associations, cooperatives (SCIC, SCOP), and enterprises holding the “entreprises solidaires” accreditation, provided they meet the EU SME criteria.
Special Conditions
• Two‐tranche disbursement: advance on signature, balance on completion with expense justification.
• Aid covers up to 50% of eligible expenses.
• Minimum aid: €30 000 for recoverable advances; €50 000 for FEDER Innovation loans.
• Aid amount capped at the company’s own funds (equity or quasi‐equity).
• Project must be co‐financed by the new Fonds d’Innovation Sociale 2 (FISO 2) and regional innovation funds under the French Impact programme.
