• Strengthening of the EU space industry’s competitiveness and opening of new market opportunities within Europe and beyond.
Scope Requirements
• Eligible innovations cover any segment of the launch supply chain except full end-to-end launch solutions.
• Applicants must be legal entities (natural persons, public or private bodies) established in EU Member States, with decision-making and R&D/manufacturing/operations based in the EU.
• Activities must be carried out in EU Member States.
• Applicants must register in the Participant Register and obtain REA validation before the deadline.
• Full electronic submission by 07 October 2025, 17:00 Brussels time, via the Funding & Tenders Portal; no paper submissions.
• Part B limited to 70 pages; extra pages will be disregarded.
• Compliance with call document sections on admissibility, eligibility, exclusion, evaluation, award criteria, and ethics.
Special Conditions
• Use only the submission forms provided within the Electronic Submission System (Portal); do not use download-only documents.
• Entities under EU restrictive measures (TEU Art. 29/TFEU Art. 215) or covered by Guidelines 2013/C 205/05 are ineligible.
• Entities without legal personality may participate if legally represented and offering equivalent financial guarantees.
• Proposals must respect EU ethical standards and values: no human cloning for reproductive purposes; no heritable genetic modifications (except cancer treatment research); no creation of embryos solely for research or stem-cell procurement.
• Ethics review may be required; non-compliant proposals cannot win.
