Scope Requirements
• Be submitted jointly by at least one accredited public or private research organization and one SME or intermediate‐sized enterprise (ETI)
• Define a legally binding Joint Laboratory contract covering governance, decision‐making bodies and resource contributions
• Present a clear, multi‐year roadmap of research and innovation activities
• Include a detailed resource plan (staff, equipment, budget) for the construction phase
• Articulate a value‐creation strategy to ensure exploitation of research results
• Focus exclusively on the establishment (construction stage) and initial operation of the Joint Laboratory

• Submission via the designated web platform only
• Two cut‐off dates: 31 March 2025 (17:00 CEST) and 22 September 2025 (17:00 CEST)
