Scope Requirements
• Demonstrated expertise in large-scale scientific data management, database administration, data governance and advanced statistical/computational methods
• Proven track record collaborating with national authorities or EU agencies on data exchange and interoperability frameworks
• Sufficient financial and operational capacity in line with sections 2.4 and 1.5 of the call for proposals document
• Compliance with admissibility conditions (proposal page limit and layout), exclusion criteria and eligibility rules (section 2.2)
• Ability to deliver all tasks within the single-stage schedule and 2025 budgetary period
Special Conditions
• Applicants must appear on EFSA’s up-to-date competent organisations list (https://efsa.force.com/competentorganisations/s/)
• Proposals must conform to page-limit and formatting rules (section 2.2)
• Financial and operational capacity and exclusion checks as per section 2.4 and applicable EU Financial Regulation 2024/2509
• Submission modalities and evaluation process governed by sections 2, 2.5 and 3 of the call document
• Award criteria, scoring thresholds and indicative timetable specified in the "Indicative procedure timetable" (page 2)
• Grants subject to the Draft Framework Partnership Agreement, Draft Specific Agreement and section 1.5 legal/financial set-up
• Single-stage grant model, total indicative budget EUR 725 000 split across Lot 1 and Lot 2
• Submission deadline: 2 October 2025, 17:00 Brussels time via the EU Funding & Tenders Portal
