What is the Measures to support Member States in the field of protection of children in migration Call?
Expected Outcomes
• Development and piloting of innovative approaches and digital tools that can be replicated EU-wide.
• Improved protection, health and well-being of migrants, refugees and asylum seekers, with specific focus on women and children.
• Creation of safe and legal pathways to reduce irregular migration and strengthen legal mobility.
• Generation and dissemination of policy recommendations to inform and harmonize EU and national policies.
• Capacity building of stakeholders — including public authorities, NGOs and service providers — leading to more effective and sustainable integration practices.
Scope Requirements
• Proposals must address exactly one of the five topics (Women, Children, Health, Digital, Pathways).
• Consortium composition: entities from eligible countries as defined in section 6 of the call document; projects must be transnational (involving partners from at least three different eligible countries).
• Eligible applicants: public bodies, NGOs, research organisations, private entities and other legal persons fulfilling the criteria in section 6.
• Applicants must demonstrate financial and operational capacity (section 7).
• Proposal format, structure and page limits as specified in Part B of the Application Form (section 5).
• Submission via the Funding & Tenders Portal; choice of grant model (AMIF-PJG or AMIF-AG) fixed upon entry point confirmation.

• Once the submission entry point is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• Legal and financial set-up governed by the AMIF Model Grant Agreement (MGA) and EU Financial Regulation 2024/2509.
• Applicants must complete Legal Entity Validation and appoint a LEAR; financial capacity assessment rules apply.
• Compliance with Funding & Tenders Portal Terms and Conditions and privacy rules.
