Expected Outcomes
• Submission of at least one collaborative proposal with a coherent work plan, consortium agreement and budget aligned with the target call’s requirements
• Strengthened capacity of French research teams to lead and coordinate large-scale transnational projects under Horizon Europe or equivalent programmes
• Enhanced visibility and strategic positioning of the network within the relevant scientific community and funding landscape
Scope Requirements
• Network must involve at least two partner teams based in different countries (European or international)
• Network’s sole purpose: prepare and submit a proposal to a large-scale European or international call with significant scientific, technological or societal impact
• Open to all academic disciplines
• Project duration fixed at 24 months
• Total ANR funding capped at €36,000 (solely to cover network-setting-up costs, not research execution)
• Continuous submission, with two evaluation cut-off dates (6 February and 15 September 2025)
• Application via the ANR submission portal using the simplified application form
Special Conditions
• Single‐beneficiary model: all funds disbursed to the French host institution, which must manage and redistribute resources within the consortium
• Proposals evaluated by a dedicated, ad hoc peer review panel
• Applicants advised to consult National Contact Points for detailed information on target European or international calls
• No second-stage funding: this instrument only supports proposal preparation, not implementation of the ensuing project
