Scope Requirements
• Composition and dissemination (local and international)
• Events (concerts, festivals, workshops)
• Information archiving, documentation and dissemination
• Publishing (scores, recordings)
• Criticism, analysis and artistic research
• Networking and mobility initiatives
• Co-production ventures
• Mastery training, professional qualification and education.
Projects must meet the following budgetary requirements:
• Total budget ≥ €2,777
• Requested grant ≥ €2,500
• Funding intensity up to 90% of total eligible costs (minimum co-financing 10%).
Special Conditions
• Evaluation is based on predefined weighted criteria (artistic/cultural value; idea relevance; reach/accessibility; publicity; budget justification; project management).
• Applicants must consult and comply with the detailed “Srities projektų vertinimo kriterijų balų aprašas.”
• Submission and reporting are only accepted through the LKT IS platform with electronic authentication.
• Applicants must secure at least 10% of project funding from non-LKT sources.
