• Measurable increase in number and capacity (kW) of EV charging points delivered, tracked in units (Vnt.) and kW installed

Scope Requirements

• Location: within 3 km of the designated 80–100 km stretch of road A12; at least one charging park per chosen roadside side

• Charging park minimum: total installed capacity ≥300 kW and at least one port ≥150 kW

• Applicants: large, medium or small private enterprises (excluding sectors prohibited by EU Reg. 651/2014) legally established in Lithuania

• Project form: Joint project under NextGenerationEU, continuous call until €200 000 is allocated

• Funding: max grant €200 000; co-financing ratios—large up to 35% (≥65% own), medium up to 55% (≥45% own), small up to 60% (≥40% own)

• Only new, unused equipment; procurement and installation costs reimbursed via fixed unit rates (codes FĮ-35-01 to FĮ-35-15)

• Charging station requirements: multiple‐port stations governed by highest‐power port; cable‐attached for >49 kW ports; universal-design and 24/7 public access; proper parking bay dimensions (≥5 m×2.5 m, ≥1.5 m side clearance);

• Technical: smart charging function, real-time energy metering, digital connectivity (LAN/BT/4G), static/dynamic data reporting via open protocol, adherence to ISO/IEC 18004:2015 QR standards, EN 62196-2/-3 connector standards

• Legal: land ownership or lease rights documented; installation by certified electrician; adherence to State Aid de minimis and EU 36a rules; projects located on applicant-controlled property in Lithuania
Additional Conditions for Applicants

Special Conditions

• No advance payments; eligible expenses incurred and paid by 27 Feb 2026

• Project activities may begin only after application submission; started projects are ineligible

• VAT and cross-financing excluded

• State Aid: grant intensity caps (35%/55%/60%) and de minimis limit €300 000 per 3 years; total per company ≤€4 000 000; compliance checks and five-year document retention

• Continuous selection until funds exhaustion; applications evaluated within 60 calendar days; 10 working days for deficit correction

• False information or non-compliance triggers full refund; irreversible damage or force majeure exempt

• Charging infrastructure must be maintained under contract; fault repair within 10 working days; 24-month factory warranty

• Must inform agency before works, submit ESO technical connection conditions, sign grid connection contract within 12 months

• Only EVSE with at least one high-power (≥49 kW) port eligible; ancillary conditions for fueling stations, interchanges apply

• Projects outside Lithuania, or non-TEN-T locations, or failing minimum park/power criteria, rejected
