Expected Outcomes
• Strengthened capacities of civil society organisations and public authorities to prevent and combat discrimination.
• Established or reinforced EU-wide networks and partnerships, fostering sustainable cooperation and mutual learning.
• Enhanced public awareness and understanding of equality rights and non-discrimination.
• Consolidation and replication of innovative best practices and policy recommendations in diversity management across Member States.
Scope Requirements
• Actions must take place in and benefit eligible countries listed in Section 6 of the call document.
• Proposals must comply with admissibility rules on page limits and layout (Section 5 and Part B of the Application Form).
• Applicants must demonstrate financial and operational capacity (Section 7).
• Projects must conform to the lump sum funding model and deliverables-based logic.
• Use only the specified application templates and submission system.
Special Conditions
• Mandatory use of the Standard Application Form (CERV), Detailed Budget Table (CERV LSII) and Declaration on Honour.
• Submission exclusively via the Funding & Tenders Portal by 23 October 2025, 17:00 Brussels time; selected grant model cannot be changed once confirmed.
• Adhere to legal and financial rules in Sections 10 and the Model Grant Agreement.
• All topic updates and possible Q&As will be published on the Portal topic page.
