Scope Requirements
• Must incorporate knowledge or technology from a Dutch university, NWO-acknowledged research institute, university of applied sciences (HBO) or TO2 knowledge institute
• Project duration: maximum 2 years
• Funding requested: loan subsidy up to €450 000 (subject to interest rate and loan terms)
• Research domains: any scientific field (β/technology, life sciences, α/γ) and any market segment
• Submission: pre-proposal by 19 Aug 2025 14:00 CEST; full proposal by 16 Sep 2025 14:00 CEST via the ISAAC system, using the specified autumn 2025 forms
• Data management: prepare a data management plan post-award and pre-start
Special Conditions
• Company must be no older than 5 years at submission date
• Pre-proposal stage is mandatory: no full proposal without an approved pre-proposal
• All submissions must use the ISAAC application system and the correct forms for autumn 2025
• Projects will be assessed within one of three clusters (Beta/Technology, Life Sciences, Alpha/Gamma) by independent experts, followed by an interview
• Total available budget: €4 950 000
• Projects must comply with Responsible Research Data Management requirements
