Scope Requirements
• Topics must fall under the “Nature and Biodiversity” and/or “Circular Economy and Quality of Life” sub-programmes.
• Activities must contribute directly to amplifying uptake or application of previous project solutions by co-financing replication/expansion efforts or unlocking additional funding sources.
• Applicants (and partners) must be based in eligible countries as defined in section 6 of the call document and meet all eligibility criteria.

• Applicants must satisfy capacity and exclusion criteria (section 7).
4. Evaluation & award
• Submission and evaluation processes (section 8 and Online Manual).
• Award criteria, scoring and thresholds (section 9).
• Indicative evaluation and grant agreement timeline (section 4).
5. Legal & financial setup
• Grant conditions as per section 10 and LIFE General MGA v1.0.
6. Required annexes
• Mandatory: Detailed budget table (LIFE), Participant information (LIFE).
• Optional: Letters of support, other relevant annexes.
7. Submission
• Electronic submission via the Funding & Tenders Portal before 23 September 2025, 17:00 Brussels time.
