What is the Tinklaveika Call?

Grant Description
The ‘Tinklaveika’ program aims to stimulate networking and collaboration in the cultural and creative industries to develop economically valuable products and services and increase export volumes. Funded activities include domestic and international events, marketing, professional development, cooperation projects, and EU Presidency-related association meetings to strengthen the sector’s capacity and visibility.
Required Results for Successful Funding

Expected Outcomes

• Initiate and develop new cultural/creative industry products and services that generate economic value and support growth in KKI exports.

• Strengthen networking, partnerships and collaboration across cultural, art and creative industry sectors (domestic and international).

• Enhance competencies of KKI professionals through participation in international events.

• Support growth and visibility of KKI organizations and associations.

• Leverage Lithuania’s 2027 EU Council presidency to raise the international profile of the national KKI sector.
Funded areas

Scope Requirements

• Application period: 26 June–9 September 2025.

• Eligible applicants for activities 1–4: legal entities registered in Vilnius, Kaunas or Klaipėda municipalities; legal entities registered outside Lithuania in non-EU/EEA countries.

• Eligible applicants for activity 5: organizations registered in Lithuania that are members of international KKI associations (must provide membership proof).

• Each application may cover only one project if it involves participation in a KKI event.

• Funding intensity: up to 75% of eligible costs (general); up to 70% for music and literature publishing (including translation, writing, editing, production, distribution, digitization).

• Minimum total project budget: €3,333 (general) or €3,571 (publishing); minimum requested grant: €2,500.

• Total available budget for 2026: €200,000.
Additional Conditions for Applicants

Special Conditions

• Maximum grant per project: €20,000 (not applicable to projects presenting KKI abroad or to the Jan–June 2027 international KKI association meetings).

• Eligible costs only: participants/speakers/lecturers/moderators fees; design and translation services; venue/exhibition space rental; participation/membership fees; publicity services; travel, accommodation, transport (including insurance); per diems; equipment rental and maintenance; administration (project manager, financier, coordinator, admin staff); and unplanned costs but only if used for eligible purposes.

• For association beneficiaries (with legal status “association”): administration costs capped at 60% of their awarded funds.

• Ineligible: creation or presentation of artworks at tours, exhibitions or festivals; creative residencies; scientific projects; projects not generating economic value.

• For activity 5 applications: must attach proof of international KKI association membership and a free-form annex detailing precise annual cost needs.
