Scope Requirements
• Total project budget must be at least €2 777, with a minimum requested grant of €2 500.
• Grant may cover up to 90 % of total project costs; applicants must secure at least 10 % co-financing from other sources.
• Applications accepted from 26 June 2025 to 9 September 2025 via the Lithuanian Council for Culture’s Electronic Project Management System (LKT IS).
• Applicants must register and authenticate through the national e-government gateway (“Elektroniniai valdžios vartai”).
• Projects must comply with the Lietuvos kultūros taryba project submission guidelines and evaluation-criteria documentation.
Special Conditions
• Maximum 90 % funding intensity; mandatory minimum 10 % co-financing is strictly enforced.
• Projects must adhere to the detailed scoring criteria (artistic value, relevance, dissemination, publicity, budget justification, management).
• Minimum grant request (€2 500) and budget (€2 777) thresholds apply; under‐threshold applications will be ineligible.
• All deliverables and financial reports must be submitted through LKT IS per prescribed timelines.
